4. Problem-Solving Dumping problems on the boss = rookie. Bringing two possible fixes = future foreman. Even if your idea is wrong, you’re thinking.

5. Team Awareness Your mess becomes the next trade’s nightmare. Clean as you go. Stage materials for the guy after you. Ask: “How do you want this left?”
