The Story That Needed to Change

For too long, the narrative around the skilled trades has been reduced to a lazy punchline like "plumber's crack." It’s a story that ignores the reality: these are high-demand, high-respect careers that build the world around us. Careers that offer six-figure potential with zero student debt.

This industry isn’t a backup plan. It's a power play. We saw the massive gap between the truth of the trades and the story being told, and we knew we had to fix it.

The Founders: A Different Kind of Team

To tell a new story, you need the right storytellers.

Our Chief Creative Officer is a 20-year veteran in design and brand building with the trades in his blood. With family in the industry and a passion for motorsport, he understands grit and craftsmanship. His mission is to ensure every graduate is branded as an elite, in-demand professional, and to obviously make some amazing content along the way.

Our CEO is a seasoned builder and operator with experience at iconic brands like Disney and GoPro, who happens to moonlight as a videographer and photographer. He knows how to find the human element in every story and has built companies and products dedicated to helping people find their calling. His passion is to ensure you find yours.

Together, they’re building a brand to give the trades the respect they’ve always deserved and to focus education on what it's supposed to be all about: EMPLOYMENT.
